Wrench It Forward is one of the few auto donation programs that can offer a tax deduction of fair market value for donated vehicles that are awarded to an individual or family in need.

What will happen to the vehicle after I donate it?
Your donated car will directly benefit someone in our community that does not have a working car. Donated vehicles that require excessive repairs or would be too expensive for our recipients to maintain are sold and the funds help to pay for tools, technician pay, or bills. No matter what, your donated vehicles helps your community!

MINIMAL PAPERWORK

• Follow the steps on the Car Donation Check List. You can read more information on A Donor’s Guide to Vehicle Donation from the IRS.
• Download & fill out the Donor Information form. Download & print 14-317 Affidavit of Motor Vehicle Gift Transfer. Fill out & sign Form 14-317 in front of a notory.
• Download & fill out Form 130-U Application for Texas Title and/or Registration. 
• Call 806-701-4568 to schedule a time to pick up your vehicle and paperwork.
• Once your car has been repaired and awarded out, you’ll receive an official car donation receipt in the mail.
